At Tropical Plants UK, we want you to be completely delighted with every plant you receive. We stand by the quality of our plants and our service, and we fully comply with your rights under UK consumer law.

All plant sizes and measurements are approximate, though we do our best to ensure they’re as accurate as possible.


Verbal Representations

We’re always happy to give advice or guidance over the phone. However, if the information you need is crucial to your purchasing decision, please request it in writing before placing your order. This helps to avoid any potential misunderstandings later.


Plant Terms & Conditions

Every plant we send is hand-selected, carefully inspected, and packed with care before dispatch. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@tropicalplantsuk.com with photos of the plant and packaging.

Please keep in mind:

🌱 Seasonal changes: Plants look different throughout the year — for example, some may appear bare during winter.

🌿 Images are representative: Website photos show mature plants for illustration purposes. You may receive a younger version or “plug plant” that will grow to full size over time.

🪴 Pot sizes: Where a plant is described as being “in a pot,” the pot is included in the plant’s height measurement.

We may request that you return the plant for further inspection so we can determine the cause of any issue.


Caring for Your Plants

Remember, plants are living things! If you’re not planting your new arrivals right away, please open the packaging, water them, and place them somewhere with good light until you’re ready to pot or plant them.

Delivery Information

We’re proud to offer FREE delivery on all orders.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed and shipped via Royal Mail’s 24-hour tracked service. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your plant’s journey from our nursery to your door.

Typical delivery time: 2–3 working days.
Royal Mail also delivers on Saturdays, so you won’t be waiting long to welcome your new plants home.

We use 100% recyclable and secure packaging to keep your plants safe and our planet healthy.

We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, or outside the UK at this time.


Late Deliveries and Other Problems

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time. On rare occasions, delays can happen due to factors beyond our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived as expected, please get in touch right away at info@tropicalplantsuk.com, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.

While we can’t offer financial compensation for delayed or failed deliveries, we will always act quickly to put things right if something goes wrong.


Acceptance of Your Order

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an acknowledgement email confirming what you’ve purchased. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Your order is accepted once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We may be unable to accept your order if:

We cannot authorise your payment,

The product is out of stock,

There has been an error in pricing or description.
