Where in the UK do we deliver?
We aim to cover most of the UK. However we are currently unable to deliver our products to the Highlands and Islands of the United Kingdom because our couriers and suppliers do not travel to these areas. If you have any queries, please contact us at 01775 710646.
How do I set up an account?
Our website makes it very simple to create and manage an account. Click ‘Login’ at the top right of the page to sign up as a new customer by clicking ‘Create an account here’ – simply enter your information and click ‘Save customer.’ You can view your details and order history once you’ve logged in.
What shall I do if the plant does not meet my expectations?
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any of the items you have received, please email your concerns to info@tropicalplantsuk.com along with supporting photos, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Will I get a confirmation email?
Yes, if you provided us with an email address when you placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also be notified via email when your order has been shipped.
Can I cancel, amend, or add to an order?
It is not possible to make changes to an online order through your online account. If you need to make any changes, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us, and let us know which items you want to cancel and whether you want a refund or credit for a future order.
If you want to add something to your order, we can do that for you. Unfortunately, we do not store credit card information to add extra items, so please call us with your order number and the product number for the items you’d like to add, and we will do our best to assist you.
Will my plants be ok in boxes if they are delayed in transit?
Our nursery grows and nurtures all our plants and seedlings, which are then delivered to you at the optimal stage of development for safe transportation and successful growth. As a result, live items must be shipped when our nursery deems them ready, and we regret that we are unable to accept requests to hold them for shipment on or after specific dates.

What is your guarantee?
Our aim is to provide you with unbeatable quality, and the best delivery times available. Our Nursery produces 8,000,000 pot plants every year, and it is our goal to give you the best of what we have available. We source unrooted material from all around the world. Then grow the plants to specification, right here in the UK! Sourcing Tropical plants from us in the UK has the smallest carbon footprint possible per unit produced!
Where is my order?
We attempt to deliver within two working days, but it’s best to wait three days to be safe. If your order has not arrived after three working days, please contact us on the fourth at info@tropicalplantsuk.com and we will locate it.
How quickly do you deliver?
Because we grow all our own plants and keep stock on hand all the time, we can offer the fastest shipping time compared to other retailers. We aim to deliver your order within two working days, but to be safe, we recommend three working days.
How do I check the status of my return?
To qualify for a refund your product will need to be returned to Tropical Plants UK, 13 Mallard Road, Low Fulney, Spalding, Lincolnshire. PE12 6ND. We’ll contact you after we’ve received the package and issue a refund. We kindly ask you to please return the plant in the same condition as it was received.
